Before Insurance I was in the service industry where my experience blossomed to ownership. I started in the insurance industry in 1999, worked my way from service to an Insurance Agent. I met my husband in 2001, married in 2008 we started Top Contractors in 2010. I like to surround myself with positive people and experience with all that life has to offer. I have a “yes I can” attitude for anything that comes my way. I live for the moment and prepare for the future. I like to educate myself on all insurance related issues, problem solve and be creative.
My goal is to provide an ethical business with products that exceed my clients expectations, in whatever venture I am in, I strive to overachieve. I appreciate every relationship from what I can learn and grow from. One of my favorite quotes, “Honesty”, you don’t need a policy for that.

I grew up in San Diego started the in the insurance industry in 2002, and became and independent agent broker. I am a people person and I love to help others save on insurance needs.. I have over 15 years of experience in the service industry and have successfully put together hundreds of policies for contractors commercial businesses and other personal insurance needs. Harry Maker

Born in Texas, raised in California. Vietnam Veteran served from 1969 to 1972. Worked in customer service for 20 years and in insurance for 10 years. Worked as a carpenter for 12 years building houses, condos, and apartments. College education with degrees in aviation technology and psychology. In my free time, I enjoy going to every Padres Game and might be more commonly known as Harry the Heckler, I may lose my voice but we can always talk baseball or insurance.

Born and raised in North San Diego County very near to where our office is currently located. Here I held a couple of customer service jobs where I learned the key values to keeping clients happy and working hard to exceed expectations. This led up to my integration into the Top Contractors Insurance Services Family in 2012 where I continue to service our new and loyal clients.
Lauren Morrison

I started in the insurance industry in 2008 and then joined the Top Contractors Team in 2013. I recently completed/passed my insurance training and testing obtaining my broker license. Currently, I have advanced to working on the more difficult, intricate and complex accounts learning that each and every account requires proper attention to detail and specifics. By doing so and providing the most accurate policy possibly, in turn, I am able to keep my clients pleased and relieved knowing their insurance needs are met.

Hi, my name is Lauren Venditti. I joined the Top Contractors team in June of 2012, working in the marketing and accounts receivable departments. I recently earned my Property and Casualty Insurance License in 2014. I truly enjoy working with my clients, helping them design the best package of coverage for the most competitive price. I persistently strive to provide my customers with the TOP service that they deserve, and always with a smile.
When I am not working, you can find me at the beach with my two dogs, reading a good book, painting, or spending time with my family and friends.
